The maintenance of CNC bending machines is divided into several parts: external maintenance, electrical control, lubrication devices, peripheral equipment, and cutting tools.

1. External maintenance

(1) Wipe the surface and protective cover of the machine to ensure cleanliness inside and outside.

(2) Wipe the attachments clean and clean the surrounding environment of the machine tool.

(3) The paint on the surface and dead corners of the machine tool should be visible in its natural color and smooth.

2. Electrical control

(1) Check if the electrical box is intact and undamaged.

(2) Are there any damages to the electrical components, do they need to be repaired or replaced, and is the wiring between the components in good condition.

(3) Whether the operation of the main motor is normal, good, safe and reliable, and whether there are any abnormalities, heating or noise.

(4) Whether the operation of the numerical control system is accurate and meets the accuracy requirements; Can the numerical control device accurately input.

3. Lubrication device

(1) Whether the lubrication of each lubrication part is good and sufficient, and whether the oil level in the oil circuit and oil cup is sufficient.

(2) Whether the valve body is flexible and unobstructed.

(3) Is the filtering device clean? If there is any blockage, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.

4. Peripheral devices

(1) Whether the placement of raw materials and various materials is reasonable, safe and reliable.

(2) Is the foot switch protective cover installed and used properly.

5. Cutting tools

(1) Whether the movement of the upper and lower cutting tools is normal, whether there is deviation, and whether the action is flexible and reliable.

(2) Is the parallelism between the upper slider and the workbench good, and is the position of the direct control balance valve accurate.
